How does the 30 day free preview work?
Try ArtHost.biz for 30 days, free of charge, from the point of your initial login to your admin. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, just send us an email requesting your cancellation before your 30 days are up. There will be no charges incurred whatsoever.

Are there any "hidden fees"?
No. There are no "start up" fees or other gimmicky fees. The $22.95 per month charge is all there is and that includes your website, your email and your hosting.

What's your billing schedule?
We bill monthly in advance.

Can I pay in cash or via check?
Cash or checks are not an accepted billing method. Only credit cards are accepted.

Which credit cards do you accept?
VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How do I change my credit card or billing information?
First login to your Admin area with your account username and password.

To change your credit card that is being billed, go to your "Website Admin", then go to "Account Information and Settings", then "Company Information", then "Billing Information". Enter the new credit card/billing information and click "Apply Changes".

How do I cancel my account?
Send an email to Team@ArtHost.Biz identifying who you are, your domain name, your username and password, that you want to cancel, and when you want to cancel.
